Visa Invitation Letter Request
Event Shows LLC is proud to organize a Summit that attracts a global audience. If you plan to attend the Cyber Security Summit this year, and need a B-1 visitor visa, you must satisfy the requirements below to obtain a visa invitation letter from Event Shows LLC.
- Complete a paid registration for the Cyber Security Summit.
- Book a room for your stay at the Hyatt Regency Bloomington and obtain a confirmation number.
- Email a screenshot of your passport (valid through October 28th), showing photo, contact information, date of issuance, and date of expiration.
- Provide the business/academic justification for your Cyber Security Summit attendance.
- Provide a copy of your curriculum vitae, and or a business/academic URL that includes your biographical information.
If you satisfy the requirements above, you will receive an invitation to attend the Cyber Security Summit. If your visa application is rejected, Event Shows LLC will refund registration, minus administrative fees, if official documentation of the rejection is received no later than two weeks prior to the first day of the event. Refunds may take up to four weeks.
