2026 ATTENDEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By submitting online registration, you authorize the Event Shows, LLC to process credit card information provided for payment transactions, and accept all policies including the cancellation and refund policy, code of conduct, communication policy, photos and recordings authorization, and privacy/data use policy.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: 

Partial refunds will be issued if written notification is received by Event Shows, LLC (registrations@eventshows.com) no later than September 20, 2026. A $100 cancellation fee will be assessed per attendee for VIP All Access Pass and Student Summit Pass cancellations, regardless of discounts applied.  A $50 cancellation fee will be assessed for all Wednesday only pass types. No refunds will be issued for requests received after September 20, 2026. Registrations are transferable to another person at no cost and must be completed by October 14, 2026 by modifying the registration online or sending an email to registrations@eventshows.com with the name and email of the person to whom the registration is being transferred. Complimentary pass registrations are not transferable. 

By submitting your registration online, you accept this cancellation and refund policy. 

In the event a speaker must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, Event Shows, LLC reserves the right to make a substitution, and the speaker forfeits the speaker VIP All Access Pass. Agenda and speakers are subject to change without notice. By providing contact information, the attendee is authorizing Event Shows, LLC to send Summit-related material by mail, or electronically. 

ATTENDEE CODE OF CONDUCT: 

Summit attendees are expected to abide by a basic code of conduct to ensure acceptable on-site and online behavior. Specifically, the following actions are not permitted and may result in the forfeiture of admission rights: 

1. Solicitation 

2. Excessively negative and non-productive comments, bullying, disruptive or harassing behavior directed at Summit attendees, speakers, sponsors, event organizers, or hotel personnel. 

CYBER SECURITY SUMMIT CANCELLATION: 

Neither Party shall be liable for the non-performance of its obligation under this Agreement if such performance is caused by weather, natural disasters, strikes, war, terrorism, utility outages, communication outages, or any other circumstances which could not have been reasonably foreseen and avoided by commercially reasonable action or are beyond the reasonable control of a Party (“Force Majeure”). A Party shall be excused from performance under this Agreement for the duration of the effects of such Force Majeure circumstance. 

 

COMMUNICATION FROM CYBER SECURITY SUMMIT: 

Registrants will be added to Cyber Security Summit distribution lists to receive ongoing communication and mailings related to the Summit including email and/or newsletter, on-site and virtual log-in instructions, upcoming speaker presentations, and more. 

PHOTOS AND RECORDINGS:

Sessions, events and other Summit activities are recorded for continuing education and marketing/publicity purposes. By registering for this event, you hereby give the Cyber Security Summit and Event Shows, LLC permission to use your name, image and likeness in photographs, video and audio recordings obtained during the Summit. 

 

Cyber Security Summit Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how The Cyber Security Summit (aka Event Shows LLC) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you register for the Summit (aka the 16th Annual Cyber Security Summit). By completing registration, you agree to the terms of this Policy. 

Information We Collect 

Personal Information: We collect personal information including your name, email address, phone number, and other contact details when you register. 

Event Data: We collect information related to the events you attend or interact with, including event names, dates, locations, and any user-generated content such as comments and posts. 

Location Information: We may collect location data when you use features that require location, such as event check-ins or maps. 

Usage Information: We may collect information about how you use the Summit App, including pages visited, features used, and interactions, to analyze and improve the App's functionality. 

How We Use Your Information 

We use your personal information and other data for the following purposes: 

Provide Services: To deliver the App features and services, including event registration, communication with event organizers, and event check-ins. 

Communications: To send event-related notifications, updates, and information, as well as marketing and promotional materials. 

Analytics: To analyze and improve the App's performance, features, and user experience. Security: To protect the security and integrity of the App and user data. 

 

Sharing Your Information 

We may share your personal information under the following circumstances: 

With Event Organizers: We may share your information with event organizers for event-related purposes, such as check-ins and future communications. 

Service Providers: We may engage third-party service providers to assist us in delivering App services and improving its functionality. 

Payment Processing: By completing this registration with credit card information, you give permission to Event Shows, LLC to process payment transactions with the data provided.   

With Event Sponsors and Partners: Some event sponsors will be provided contact information based on sponsorship level. This permits the event organizers to underwrite the Summit at an affordable price. The Summit does not sell attendee lists. 

Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information when required by law, legal processes, or to protect our rights or the rights of others. 

Your Choices 

You can control and manage your personal information through the following options: 

Account Settings: Certain personal information may be updated in the Summit App settings. 

Communication Preferences: You can manage your communication preferences by opting in or out of promotional emails and notifications. 

Location Data: You can enable or disable location services in your device settings. 

 

Data Security 

We take data security seriously and employ industry-standard measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. 

 

Children's Privacy 

The App is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us. 

 

Changes to this Policy 

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any significant changes through the App or via email.
